Refund Policy

As a seller of digital products, Monarch operates in accordance with the EU Right of Withdrawal regulations. Buyers within the European Union have the right to withdraw (cancel or return) an order within 14 days of delivery, unless certain exceptions apply.

Exceptions:

Since Monarch offers digital products that can be instantly downloaded and accessed, the right of withdrawal can only be exercised in cases where the buyer has not downloaded the product. Once the product has been downloaded, it is considered delivered, and the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

Cancellation Process:

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us through Email messaging system within 14 days of your purchase. We will verify whether or not the product has been downloaded. If the product has not been downloaded, we will proceed with the cancellation and initiate the refund process.

Refunds:

Refunds for withdrawn orders will be processed within 1-3 days of receiving the cancellation request. Please note that refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
